Our dedicated maintenance team specialises in reactive repairs, prioritising rapid response times. We collaborate closely with clients to deliver a multi-trade service that meets quality and timeline objectives.
Key Performance Indicators guide our response times which are achieved through efficient organisation and communication. GPS tracking enables our Contracts Manager to dispatch the nearest field agent for urgent repairs. By maintaining well-stocked vehicles, leveraging our CRM system, repairs are coordinating effectively with landlords and their tenants, minimising travel time and reducing missed access visits.

Out of hours service
We offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service for our registered social landlord (RSL) clients, providing tenants with a single point of contact for all urgent repair needs, regardless of trade.
This service covers window board-ups, lock changes, plumbing and electrical repairs, and general assistance. Our fully trained staff prioritize tenant safety and comfort, delivering timely information and support to ensure tenants feel secure until permanent repairs are completed.
We maintain clear communication with both clients and tenants, providing detailed feedback to facilitate the prompt scheduling of any necessary follow-up work.
Medical Adaptations

Clackmannanshire Council
In my roll as Electrical Project Coordinator I work closely with AC Gold who are the principal contractor for our electrical safety and smoke alarm upgrade contract. This involves the testing and electrical upgrading of all our domestic stock and our smoke alarm upgrade program.
During this time, I have worked very closely with them and have always found their work to be of a very high standard. They have always been very prompt in carrying out any remedial works that are flagged up during the electrical testing of our properties. AC Gold have also managed to provide extra resources when the work has been increased and they have reacted very quickly to this.
The standard of workmanship has also been of a high quality and they have always made sure that the tradesmen they supply are always fully qualified for the task they are required to undertake. They have provided a prompt service when it has come to rewiring our properties and the necessary paperwork and certification is always correct for each job.
