Blair Drummond’s new village hall is a striking example of modern community architecture, featuring a distinctive Bow Barrel roof and designed entirely from the ground up. This impressive facility is a proud achievement for the local residents, providing a flexible, welcoming space for a wide range of events and activities.

AC Gold was commissioned to design and install a complete electrical system tailored specifically to the building’s unique structure and multifunctional use. The installation included heating, lighting, and all power outlets, carefully planned to support everything from drama performances and flower shows to indoor sports, wedding receptions, and community gatherings.

To accommodate the diverse range of activities, Dimplex electric heating was installed at high level, ensuring efficient warmth without compromising space. Lighting was mounted along the exposed beam structures to provide even, functional illumination throughout. Socket outlets and 13A points were strategically placed to offer maximum flexibility for future needs.

While not one of the largest projects AC Gold has undertaken, Blair Drummond Village Hall stands out as one of the most rewarding. Knowing that this venue will host countless memorable occasions for generations to come makes it a truly meaningful contribution to the community.
