Modern Dental Surgery Fit-Outs for Commercial Units

One such example is a newly constructed 42m x 18m commercial unit, quickly secured by a contemporary dental surgery. AC Gold was commissioned to carry out the full electrical shop fitting and internal services as part of the turnkey fit-out.

Our team installed Thorlux energy-efficient lighting systems, including LED uplighters and statement reception lighting to enhance the space’s welcoming aesthetic. We also fitted lockable IP66 stainless steel sockets, MK Prestige Plus 3-compartment trunking, and DTEC dental surgery lighting – all tailored for functionality, safety and compliance.

Key features of the installation included:

• Segregated power supplies for medical-grade equipment
• Dedicated IT and communications cabling systems
• Electrical distribution via a 16-way TP&N metal board
• Integrated door entry, fire detection, and CCTV security systems

Emergency lighting solutions comprised LEDlite 3W non-maintained fittings, Pro Elec 1W LED emergency spots, 16W LED bulkhead lights with 3-hour backup and maintained LED exit signage.

The commercial electrical fit-out was designed in collaboration with the project’s architectural team, with AC Gold overseeing all technical aspects, from power and lighting to structured cabling and system integration.

Behind the scenes, our office team provided complete Pre-Construction Information (PCI), implemented robust Health & Safety measures, and compiled comprehensive O&M manuals and certified electrical documentation, ensuring a smooth handover and full compliance.
